Hege Liseth is a visual artist based in Gamle Fredrikstad, Norway. Her practice moves across painting, drawing, printmaking, installation, and animation, exploring an abstract language of organic forms, rhythms, and transformations.

Through repetition and shifting perspectives, her works move between the sensed and the seen, inviting questions such as “Where are we looking from?” and “What do we perceive?”
